TURN THE PAGE
When time broke, and the compass failed, I let the tide carry me

Hello
At Turn the Page, every story is an experience to feel deeply, to lose yourself in layered characters, and to find pieces of yourself tucked between the lines. This space was created for readers who crave emotional complexity, unapologetic protagonists, and the kind of storytelling that lingers long after the last word.
My Story
Melissa Dann Stewart is an emerging fiction writer whose work explores the emotional and psychological complexity of Black women navigating love, legacy, and self-discovery. With a background in healthcare IT and a deep passion for storytelling, she blends sharp dialogue, rich character development, and unapologetic themes. Stewart is currently developing two interconnected series: The Covet Series, which examines relationships, betrayal, and growth; and My Brother Keeps Her, a gritty, multi-POV exploration of family, power, and redemption. She also writes under a pen name and previously released The Black Book, an episodic digital series currently being repositioned for republication. Her genre leans into contemporary urban fiction with romantic and psychological elements.
